- JTJeff ThorpJul 22, 20251.0The manger that approved my withdraw needs an attitude adjustment. She walked to talk to the manager of the branch looking upset. Came back after saying “well, you told me to do it!” Looking absolutely pissed. Mind you. I had plenty of available money in my account for the withdraw. Didn’t tell me a thing. The teller helping me couldn’t tell me what was going on. The assistant manager I believe was her roll walked seat after overriding the transaction. The teller said thank you and the lady didn’t say a thing. She is rude to customers and staff. I’m ready to take my money to a different bank and tell first interstate to shove my accounts. Looking at the reviews this bank needs a whole new crew working there except the nice teller that helped me. I believe her name was Shannon. Shannon is nice.

It's 10 o'clock in the morning on a weekday and the automated voice keeps saying it's after hours and to call back during operating hours. The banks are open but you can't get in contact with anyone to discuss account activity. It's ridiculous. This national bank is awful.
