I was told Taylor was at lunch, but during the course of conversation with Courtney Morgan, she learned of an issue I had been having at my local branch in Florida and offered to 'look into' . It took a little time, but Courtney and Kevin were phenomenal. They were able to do in one visit what my local branch had not been able to accomplish in multiple visits. Their patience and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Much appreciation to Courtney, Kevin, Taylor, and the rest of their team.
