  I had too show two forms of ID, plus go into the bank to complete this small trasnsaction. I understand the two forms of ID but didn't know why I had to come in and stand in line to do this. I had just unloaded a ton of different types of metallic material. I was hot, tired and still had over 70 miles home. Sure hope they figure this out

  Ricardo provided a very disappointing level of service. He spoke excessively loud throughout the interaction, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. Based on his attitude and behavior, he does not seem suited for this position. In contrast, the other employees have always been attentive, professional, and helpful.

  I have never left a one star review for any business. It is impossible to speak to a local Minot banker about fraud related to my elderly mother's accounts. We had personalized assistance from another local bank. In a distressing situation when time is of the essence, it is good to know which banks are helpful and which are not. This one was not.

  ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! BIG PROBLEMS WITH THIS BANK! We're done with this bank and especially this branch. My wife has had an account with Wells Fargo here in Minot for almost three years. Much to my chagrin and objection. (She has savings, checking and a large investment account) Instead of a CAN DO attitude they have a CAN'T DO attitude. Long story short, poorly trained tellers and their so called "Personal Bankers". This is a top down problem. It starts with management and trickles down. You can expect the following at this branch: 1. Few tellers, and long lines. Poorly trained employees results in slow transactions. That includes their so called Personal Bankers. 2. No one ever answers the phone at this branch. Don't waste your time calling this branch they simply won't answer the phone. You have to call the main 800 number to speak with someone on the phone. 3. Extremely difficult to make an appointment. Several times at the teller window they couldn't do it due to "technical issues". They suggest you go online later to make the appointment but there are never any dates open. When you have an issue with your account you need help now not later. To sum up folks there are so many other great banks in this town both local and national brands why would you risk your valuable time and fortune to this location or company. We will be moving all of our money out of this branch and company over the next couple of days. Thank you for your time. .

  Again in line at the drive through as commercial account before the other lane and they stop completing my deposit to assist the other lane not once but twice.Orion’s customer service is lacking.
