He is gonna wasting your time to identify u( like a detective), because he think everybody around have fake id, and scammers. He will ask u million stupid questions , even about previous transactions . He is young , impudent, and have a high opinion on his self. I Lost 1hr , with arguing ,but transactions was simple , was trying to get some cash from my account . The Worst wf branch I ever seen.

I was told by a bank manager that Wells Fargo wants people to do mostly everything online. What about the older people who do not have a computer or know how to use one??? It has become so inconvenient that it doesn't make sense banking with a bank you can't go to because they're closed. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and AGGRAVATING!!!
