  The worst manager “jordan kadrams” work here. No respect for customers , Interrupting client all the time , discrimination if u from other state or foreigner. He is gonna wasting your time to identify u( like a detective), because he think everybody around have fake id, and scammers. He will ask u million stupid questions , even about previous transactions . He is young , impudent, and have a high opinion on his self. I Lost 1hr , with arguing ,but transactions was simple , was trying to get some cash from my account . The Worst wf branch I ever seen.

  We have with Wells Fargo for 40+ years. It's time to change banks. They've closed most of the branches. I was told by a bank manager that Wells Fargo wants people to do mostly everything online. What about the older people who do not have a computer or know how to use one??? It has become so inconvenient that it doesn't make sense banking with a bank you can't go to because they're closed. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and AGGRAVATING!!!

  They have cashier who deal with other aspects such as opening accounts etc business. So people who want to withdraw money have to wait. Their little cubical are empty so the cashiers have to do it all so someone who wants something simple has to wait because tellers are going into the lobby to take of thing different then despensing money. Usually banks have other staff for opening accounts closing accounts and replacing debit cards and even loans
