    The worst manager “jordan kadrams” work here. No respect for customers , Interrupting client all the time ,also, u will be discriminated if u from other state or foreigner. He is gonna wasting your time to identify u, even if password for your card is passed , drivers licence was presented, social asked for last 4 #, u still looks suspicious to him, and he will still pushing for more ( like a detective), because in his mind, everybody around have fake id, and scammers. He will ask u million stupid questions , even about previous transactions . He is young men with bad attitude, impudent, and have a high opinion on his self. I Lost 1hr , with arguing and trying to prove my self, but transactions was simple , was trying to get some cash from my account . This is not about customer service and safety , that’s disrespect and Humiliation .The Worst wf branch I ever seen.

    Stopped by this location the other day, as I wanted to handle some personal business, and the manager was unavailable to help customers. However, she was not to busy to play on her phone the entire hour I was there. There was a decent sized line, and the lady upfront obviously could have used some help with how many people there were. I watched the lady up front go back and forth a couple of times, and even heard her get yelled at because she was interruppting her. When she was trying to get help. Highly disappointed in this branch manager. The attitude shown in front of customers is beyond disrespectful, and I feel bad for how they were treated. They attempted to help me, but it boiled down to they didn't have the approval needed as the manager was to "busy". If this is a consistent issue. Then I may switch my business accounts to a different bank. As I will be doing lots more business at this location. Thank you to the lady who was working the front. I appreciate everything you did to try to help me. 1st contact will be this review. My next contact will be a call to corporate. After that I will close my accounts. Personal and business.

    I live in Jamestown and I visited the branch to open a checking account. The staff seemed least interested. The attitude was 'high and mighty' Anyway, their loss!!

    Its a nice little bank with friendly efficient staff. Due to Covid, they are appointment only and close at 4 which is hard for working folks to get their banking needs scheduled
