Very unsatisfied with the customer service, walking into the bank no problem everybody is nice but as soon as you call somebody you can't even get a hold of them an online payment methods declined for no reason definitely do not recommend this Bank

I'm currently traveling and stopped in at this location. They opened at 9 and i was in my vehicle waiting at 830 for them to open. Was told to leave the parking lot and come back when they opened. It is no wonder why their branches are closing across the country.

No one greeted me and no one even bothered to look my way. And the blonde lady sat right across the lobby from where I sat down and even looked at me. After listening in on a disgusting conversation between her and another employee I decided to walk right out. Terrible service, terrible people. Needless to say, it's unfortunate that Wells Fargo decided to hire the employees it did in Grand Forks. what a waste.
