- ADAdam DudleyNov 9, 20241.0I've had my business account with Wells Fargo for years and their customer service has been declining rapidly over the last couple of years. I'm currently traveling and stopped in at this location. They opened at 9 and i was in my vehicle waiting at 830 for them to open. Was told to leave the parking lot and come back when they opened. It is no wonder why their branches are closing across the country.
