I am sick of them asking me what they're doing for me today as I'm putting my items into the drive thru box, only to have them ask me again what they're doing once they have my items in hand. It's very fake and obviously forced. I get that this was in response to some bad reviews but why make it uncomfortably fake? You just get more bad reviews.
