One of them was being lied to about exchange rates when I had some extra currency from a foreign trip. I asked specifically about the rate of transfer and the bank worker said it was the exchange rate. It might be tied to that, but the bank takes a huge cut and this person directly denied it. They also have many fees that they will hit you with unless you integrate all kinds of things, even if you don't want that. At one point a banker was so insistent about me ordering a card I didn't want that I had to get up to leave.
