Treats the customer poorly, repeatedly lies and fails to resolve the issue. So unprofessional. After being a good, long term customer, I'm done doing business with this bank.

My business account is the one that has more transaction that come in. This year I has about $34,765.30 been deposit into that account but I only has $565.00 check that was giving to me after she closed my account. The manager in there have no patient at all for customer to ask questions. If anyone thinking about opening there business account. I will advise you not to open account with them. They will scam and scam you for your money. Trust me I been with them for two years. I am already regretting why I opened an account with them.
