- COCaitlyn OlofernesJul 5, 20231.0A few years ago, I went in to have my parents taken off my bank account. Instead of simply taking them off, one of the guys created an entire new account. Thankfully, a woman at a different location was able to fix it very quickly. Now, I went in for a name change after getting married and I waited for the new debit card for THREE WEEKS and finally called and was told there is no record of name change or new debit card being ordered. It's clear these employees don't know what they are doing. Save yourself the time, go to a different location and have it done correctly right away.
