- RLRon LippOct 23, 20251.0Absolutely uncaring and lazy employees! Just wanted to add my daughter as an authorized user on my accounts. Because they are no longer opened at all on Sat, and only 9 -5 mon thru Fri, it is rare I'm in town to be able to do anything. Finally had a chance but the Teller Manager refused to even attempt to talk to a banker to see if they could spend the 5 minutes to do what I needed. Location was closing in 45 minutes, and all the employees were only thinking about 1 thing..Closing. Over 30 yrs at Wells Fargo and I have put up with Many transgressions from them, but they care about nobody. I pleaded with the teller Manager to please just look at the accounts and talk to someone, anyone and see if I can be helped but she wouldn't even do that. She has no idea what accounts I have or what kind of client I might be. That's what's really shocking, she just didn't care! But why would she? With the reviews of this place and how far back they go, they all know nothing will happen to change them or how they treat people. No accountability. She was outraged that I would just walk in and not make an appointment. An Appointment! For one the the easiest, quickest things required of the job. Bye Bye Wells Fargo! This 1 small act by 1 employee that loves having power Finally ended this relationship!

- MJMuzzamil JamilJul 16, 20251.0Pathetic, lazy staff. Three people sitting on the counter and when I asked to open an account they responded it’s almost 5pm (there are whole 47 mins left in 5pm), so either you come tomorrow or go online and open it by yourself.

They couldn’t close due to $1 pending charge, told them I’d be back the next day to finish closing it and get my money. What do they do, they close it early and mail out an unstoppable and un cancelable check to my address 10-15 days to arrive. They couldn’t give me a tracking number or any physical proof. Feel like I’m being stolen from and now I must pay extra fees to my taxes. Thanks a lot
