- TMTeresa MosesDec 10, 20211.0Been trying to close my WF account for 3 weeks. This bank has been finding ways to keep my checking open and allowing funds to be withdrawn, with no funds in account, they slap late fees. I've been on the phone a total of 8 times, plus in person and I get the same excuse why account can't be closed due to pending withdrawals which I have non. Slowest bank around...in person, drive through, on phone. Don't recommend, save yourself the hassle.
