Bismarck Branches don't answer their own phones. They send you through a computerized labyrinth of options to talk to someone. Once you want to a person to talk to versus a computer they play "Dark" music while waiting and waiting. Today I asked for a call back which took over 35 minutes. Not customer or client oriented. Once you go Woke you are broke.
