Was suppose to get a call from Nancy on friday...its Tuesday now, way to go Zebulon SECU. Is there any bank that actually gives a crap now about their customers. The board of directors and president of SECU dont even want to be bothered with the lack of service complaints... low bid service. Update: Aug 18th, 2025 ; 3 weeks later, working on the 4th week and still no resolve. Branch manager did find the information but could not tell me when the payoff check was mailed. Not impressed at all!
- NHNiki HarrisJul 10, 20251.0I have been a “member” of State Employees Credit Union for many years. Today I received horrible customer service and was accused of trying to cash a fake check. I wasn’t even allowed to have my check deposited with a hold on it. I am very disappointed and the manager didn’t help at all. None of my coworkers had trouble cashing their checks. I guess it helps that none of them bank with SECU. Thanks to Wild Forest Bank at Walmart in Zebulon, I got my check cashed.
