Was suppose to get a call from Nancy on friday...its Tuesday now, way to go Zebulon SECU. Is there any bank that actually gives a crap now about their customers. The board of directors and president of SECU dont even want to be bothered with the lack of service complaints... low bid service. Update: Aug 18th, 2025 ; 3 weeks later, working on the 4th week and still no resolve. Branch manager did find the information but could not tell me when the payoff check was mailed. Not impressed at all!

Trying to get a timely answer is impossible, certain loan officers won’t even load your profile to provide updates when calling back hours later. Very rude, my family is leaving SECU completely because of their service.
