- CBCourtney BrownFeb 28, 20231.0The first time I walked in I witnessed the branch manager ( Denise Barbour)treating her co-worker like garbage literally was so bad others customers were walking out. Then after that she tells I can't cash check unless ur account holder and I'm not opening you an account bc there other ppl in line so literally went down the rd to other branch and they took care of it and was treated with respect something she knows nothing about. So please take ur banking needs elsewhere have one more incident with her but am considering legal action if problem isnt fixed soon again if you hate ur job that bad u need to quite stop bullying ur customers and coworkers

Denise and the tellers have always been friendly, courteous and helpful. I found a customers wallet at the tellers window one day. I gave it to the teller and she knew who it belonged to and immediately called him. Luckily he wasn't far down the road.
