As customers, we rely on the experience of the employees and, unfortunately in our case, they would rather give us the run around and their attitude instead of assisting us appropriately. Already in a mentally drained state of losing a loved one and trying to handle their assets, we get met with the insensitivity and incompetence of the staff here and we are now stuck having to jump through hoops to clean up a mess that was caused by the lack of job experience and information provided by your staff. Absolutely unacceptable and I will be escalating this matter after sharing my experience here.
