- WKWytonia KimberMay 5, 20253.0Called to report that I misplaced my card; wanted to get a new one. Person that I spoke with said that it would take nearly two weeks to receive a card in the mail. Most banks and credit unions can print a card on the premises now so the customer doesn't have to wait. I have become increasingly dissatisfied with the financial services at SECU.

The other lady was called back and helped before me. Not good customer service. When I asked, I was told only certain people could help with Safe Boxes. Would have been better if I was told that in the beginning instead of made to feel I was overlooked!
