- PRP. RussellJul 3, 20231.0I went to the bank at 2925 Reynolda Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106 to get a notary to verify my signature on a title for a vehicle. After waiting 45 minutes the banker proceeds to tell me she can't notarize it because both the buyer and seller have to be present. This is quite possible the dumbest policy, IF IT IS A POLICY, I've ever heard. 1. The buyer is from another state 2. You're verifying MY signature as the Wells Fargo customer.
