I tried to withdraw $300 from my business checking account and they somehow messed up and pulled it from my business partners personal account. Also the teller was quite rude during the transaction and they generally are recently. This institution has really gone downhill since the merger and becoming Truist.

I like to conduct business at this branch (Robinhood RD & Peace Haven RD), because it is located in a great location, and the best part is the entire team is fantastic. All of the tellers, the Banking mangers, and Mariah the Market Leader (Manager of everything) make banking a wonderful experience. In today’s world of self service and online banking, I make it a point to go into this branch often.

I really did not want an account here as the last time there was always some problem or other but I signed up bc I didn't really have the 50 bucks to "leave in the account" to sign up for another bank. I moved recently, say there and wrote my current address on my application, well it's been 3 weeks almost and payday was yesterday, still no debit card in the mail. Called the branch, well apparently they sent it to my old address I never gave them, as it was still in the system from my previous CLOSED accounts. I sat there and put my address down in the application but apparently that's too hard for these reps to understand. So had to have the debit card cancelled which thankfully probably was held by the post office, otherwise it would have sat at my old address with who knows who having access to my account bc these ppl are morons. Thankfully the woman on the phone was helpful and said I could get a temporary today or I would have been even more upset. Always some problem with bbt bc they are morons. Will be getting another bank account as soon as I'm able.
