My business account got hacked, Truist doctored the original claim then denied the refund. Untrustworthy bank and inept fraud department.

Truist and BB&T merged my accounts 2nd to bank merger. As a result they disabled my AutoPay which resulted in payment being 35 days past due and collections calling me to inform was past due. At that time I authorized the past and currently due to be drafted as should have been. Since Truist has discontinued my line of credit and reported me to the credit bureaus as past due which is result error of removing my recurring bill pay. Weeks of constant calls and cannot get resolved. Note my payment is less than $400 a month but I have paid $1,000 monthly since inception. Totally unacceptable and absolutely zero customer service. All departments transfer and blame someone else. Last I understood I banked with Truist and not the many individual departments. :(

I get to visit this branch at least once a week cause it's close to home and I always look forward to my chances of who's gonna be at the window. If it's Jessica, Kiley or Kelsey it always a smiling face and happy greeting. I have always been treated well by BB&T but I look forward to dealing with such nice folks at this location. Keep up the great work ladies!
