At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
I received such excellent care here I decided to open a personal account in addition to a business account. Ms. Bonillas, the branch manager, is extremely gifted in putting you at ease, anticipating questions, and and attending to details in the clearest manner possible. I was so impressed and glad I chose to bank here. Also, the old BB&T pictures are inaccurate.

Great custumer service. I was assisted by Miss Bonilla the branch manager and she was very thoughtful and helpful in leading me the right way for my banking needs. In addition she also helped me make great future financial decisions that are options with truist banking.
Thanks 🤙

I would love to not spend my hour lunch waiting in line. It's probably the system, there is no way every single employee is Slower than molasses.
Do you need a debit card and checks? A safe place to save money you’ve earned? Or both? Check out our checking and savings account options to find the best one for you.
