Started using this branch a few weeks ago. I used to do all of my business at the village link branch but I have recently had several bad customer service experiences at that branch. Happy I made the switch for my day-to-day banking. My experience is much improved and I don’t feel like I need to close my business accounts anymore.

Had to go by to make a transaction and also get a letter notarized staff is very friendly and efficient once they get to you. I have been banking with them for awhile and I am happy with all their services. My only issue is that they seem to handle transactions for the lazy people that go through the drive thru and leave the walk in customers waiting. I do t think this is fair and those willing to park, get their steps in and walk into the branch, should take priority..

Deposited a check from a major Canadian Bank on 7/25 in the branch. Was told up to 10 business days to process. After the 10th day I was told 2-4 weeks After the 4th week I was told 4-8 weeks Corporate office now tells me 6-12 weeks Not one person has been able to explain WHY it can take 3 months for my balance to show. Not one person can tell me what the holdup actually is. But they are still charging me the $75 transaction fee. It's actually the dumbest thing I've ever experienced. It's like dealing with the Mob. I have no options
