I took my 79 year old mom to the bank today and Samuel helped us open an account. I found him to be very helpful and professional with us. I would definitely recommend opening up an account there and see Samuel he will help you with a smile.

BB&T was great! Truist is worst than awful. The bank is imposible. 1) They made a mistake on a deposit in millions of dollars, then locked all my accounts because of the amount. Then it took them almost a week to fix their mistake. 2) On the web app, if you make a transaction, and want to see what you did - pending transactions are not visable until they post -sometimes this takes days. 3) They messed up a credit card transfer, and can't verify that the transaction was actually paid at the other end. Now I may pay on both sides. 4) I was on hold for 45 minutes and since it was a BB&T CC account the Suntrust opperator could not help me. Sent me back where I started. AWFUL is an understatement!

Rushed to get there before 6 on Friday. Because the lobby is closed, everyone is using the drive-thru. The place was packed! One of the employees directed all cars into a lane, then put cones out, to let late-comers know the bank closed at 6. I got to the carrier at 6:30, and there were still @ 6 cars there. However, the guy in the bank said they were CLOSED, and wouldn't service us! Everyone in line had to leave without banking services! Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'd give 0 stars, if possible! Apparently these folks don't know that there are OTHER OPTIONS!

Small BB&T Branch. We don't bank here but here's our experience. We went in to have some papers notarized. My In-laws sold their house to their son and the Son was a BB&T Customer and had got the home loan from BB&T. the papers we needed notarized was for the BB&T loan. We were treated very rudely and sent away to get them notarized elsewhere. add to this the my I'laws both are wheelchair bound.
