When I had read these reviews, I was initially concerned about going into this Branch. My experience was completely different than what all of the other reviews are saying. When I got there, I was immediately greeted by Sarah. She asked me how much time I had and what I was needing done. She let me know that it would be a few minutes until someone could get to me because everyone was currently with other people. They got to me within 10 minutes. Sarah was extremely helpful and made my experience quick and super enjoyable.

Was with BB&T for a very long time, happy. Truist takes over, closes more than have the locations. One would think, well, less locations, more tellers. Oh no, less tellers too. So now you must wait in line for 20 minutes and more to do anything banking. Poor job Truist. Ill be moving my banking to a bank that actually cares about me and my business. Long long time loyal customer of BBT. Truist doesn't care.

Rushed to get there before 6 on Friday. Because the lobby is closed, everyone is using the drive-thru. The place was packed! One of the employees directed all cars into a lane, then put cones out, to let late-comers know the bank closed at 6. I got to the carrier at 6:30, and there were still @ 6 cars there. However, the guy in the bank said they were CLOSED, and wouldn't service us! Everyone in line had to leave without banking services! Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'd give 0 stars, if possible! Apparently these folks don't know that there are OTHER OPTIONS!
