I waited in line for about 45 mins and when the teller finally was able to assist me she was rude, I asked for the manager and I was told that the manager was unavailable because she was at lunch and that she’d be back in about 10 mins. I decided to wait for said “MANAGER” and she never appeared . My question is what type of manager takes that long of a break leaving their employees to fend for themselves on such a busy day . This is completely unprofessional and speaks volumes on their lack of management! I am livid ! If I could do 0 stars I would but I had to give them 1.
