Horrible customer service. I stood inline forever while 3 employees stood and talk and only 1 employee was helping clients.

Consistently unprofessional customer service. The only staff member who demonstrates a reliable and respectful demeanor is Edith. Unfortunately, interactions with Jessica Zepado, Josselin Cadeno, and Jose are unpredictable at best—ranging from indifferent to outright dismissive. This lack of consistency and professionalism reflects poorly on the management and overall standards.

Manager Madison helped me with a Home Equity Line of Credit and the process was very smooth and easy. She is the best!
