Now all of a sudden they want to verify my signature because there was not one on file.Instead of being upfront with me and letting me know what was going on she snuck around the back to the person and that person being all sneaky with my money. I don’t have a lot of money but what I have Truist will no longer get. You need tellers who tell you what’s going on so we can fix what ever it is, not a teller who sneaks around not talking trying to prove you aren’t who you say you are. Shaking my head. No wonder Truist is a 2 star bank. Hello Truliant let’s see how you can do. I’m sure much better than Truist.

- JBJames BobJul 7, 20251.0Opulent taj mahal bank. One cashier in the massive, sprawling building. One cashier in the drive thru. So slow it's indescribable. I'm sure there are plenty of corporate workers in the upper levels. That doesn't negate the terrible banking experience. The manager of this inefficient mess is not good at managing things. It was just as bad the past few times I came here and it apparently is not going to get better? send the corporate people home to work remotely and downsize to a small building that focuses on banking. This is unnecessary overhead.
