- CBCue BallMar 24, 20251.0It must be the location... Went inside for help. The receptionist went to the loan officer and they laughed, she said he didn't need her, she sent him back out to the lobby area to tell me they couldn't help. Did not bother to put me in a private office space to speak, had to talk in the lobby. People from all kinds of walks come in for help, not to be judged. I don't have to push the matter forward for your employees to know: not to talk about sensitive matters in a public space. Just do better for the next person. Thank you

The first time, the gap insurance wasn't put on my car loan when I asked for it. So the lady had to run my credit again to put the gap insurance on it and the inquiries are still sitting on my credit report after calling them 4 different times over the past year. The second time, I changed my address and I specifically changed the address to my ONE individual checking account. But some how my mama address was changed on her account.
