- SLSavannah LongoNov 4, 20251.0I have been a loyal member for almost 20 years now, and have never had any issues until money was stolen out of my account. I have made multiple, different types of claims to no avail. The individual employees at this SECU have been great, but the NCSECU admin have not been. This has been the most pain-staking and unsupportive process. NCSECU refuses to refund the money stolen out of my account, despite being an insured bank, because of HOW the money was stolen, which is nothing of my doing. I am extremely dissatisfied and I will be closing all of my accounts with the credit union, and will no longer do business with them.

I had a very difficult situation going on and she was very patient, helped me handle multiple things that was going on with my account graciously and with great customer service. I was in tears almost when I called to give her a compliment because she made by upsetting experience so much better. Thank you, thank you, thank you...please hire more people like her. Your office is awesome and even though I lost my account today I will still continue working to make this union better because of nice people like Abby.
