- ABA BrownSep 4, 20211.0My mother passed away and her social security check was returned back when it shouldn’t have because she was due that check for the prior month. That action caused overdraft fees. The branch manager refused to credit all of the overdraft charges even though it wasn’t my fault the overdraft occurred. A month later I received a refund check for overpayment of the charges after the account was reviewed(which should have been done by the branch manager in the beginning).
