- EWEtisha WellsJun 28, 20191.0This is most horrific banking experience I have ever had. The first day I had to go to 6 different banks to be able to withdraw enough money to pay my rent. It only allows you to withdraw 300 per day. Now supposedly my card is not activated all of a sudden and my partners card pin number has been "exceeded". The problem with that is we haven't entered the pin today. Please do yourself a favor and bank ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I would rather have a Walmart green dot card. Oh and it never fails that every time there is a problem it is discovered Friday after 5pm and they haven't caught up with the times. They are only open Mon-Fri 9-5. Another thing I called the 800 number on the back and the guy who answered exact words were " We are not affiliated with First Bank"....
