  The absolute worst service I’ve ever received. Today I went to handle business with my husband who is DISABLED, keep in mind he walks with a walker. The staff there were NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. I will literally go to another city just to go to the bank. The freaking worst service I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The staff that was suppose to help us walked out for her lunch after my husband and I sat there for about 40/45 mins. I have never experienced anything as such. During the wait there were staff having personal conversations standing. Very unacceptable for a business. Needs to be reevaluated and I will be closing my account after the service I had today.

  I have an appointment to come in for notarization. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly.

  Every week, they either put a hold on a weekly paycheck or say they can't cash or deposit it. Going on 4 weeks now, and today they not even open till almost noon. Absolutely worst wells fargo I've ever dealt with.

  Here we are again. After sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes we were told that we can make an appointment and come back or wait an hour for the next available person. Now when I asked for the bank manager I was told that she was on the phone. Okay. Now the one available person thinks it's more important to make copies than take care of customers. This is why I will never do business with Wells Fargo. Never!!!

  Not the best bank in my opinion. The main complaint is there ATM is broken or can't provide service. This is the 4th or 5th time over a 4-year period that I can't withdrawal cash. I specifically made a trip to the bank to withdraw cash and again the ATM is down. So, I've traveled over 15 miles for nothing, several times now. It's ridiculous.
