- APAngelique PriceJul 28, 20251.0The absolute worst service I’ve ever received. Today I went to handle business with my husband who is DISABLED, keep in mind he walks with a walker. The staff there were NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. I will literally go to another city just to go to the bank. The freaking worst service I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The staff that was suppose to help us walked out for her lunch after my husband and I sat there for about 40/45 mins. I have never experienced anything as such. During the wait there were staff having personal conversations standing. Very unacceptable for a business. Needs to be reevaluated and I will be closing my account after the service I had today.

This Wells Fargo location is not reliable or accessible and most definitely not a good choice for small business banking.
