- STSamone' TerryOct 11, 20221.0Ashley Tyrce: At this location is very rude and sarcastic. Her Manager did not acknowledge or speak to us. We had an appointment at 9:00, and due to my grandma who is handicap by the way, we were maybe 10 minutes late, then we had to wait another 10 minutes on them even coming out of the cash office. They only had one teller at the front. Ashley was trying to lie and tell us that she did not have time to help us open an account. Ashley and her manager was in the cash office laughing and purposely staying in there wasting time. Ashley is supercillous and I'm telling anyone NEW, DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE ASHLEY TYRCE AND HER BRANCH MANAGER WILL MOST DEFINITELY WASTE YOURS. Maybe they need another training on customer service, because you are supposed to help serve the customer, but Ashley was apparently sleep in that class training. At this location, it doesn't if you are handicapped, but Ashley Tyrce: If opening an account, only takes 5MINUTES as she quoted, then WHY COULDN'T YOU DO IT? I REPEAT GO TO ANOTHER WELLSFARGO IN WILSON BECAUSE THIS ONE NEEDS NEW STAFF.
