Dodgy customer service , cashiers bragging about tenure but can’t do basic functions of their job description such as money transfers bank wires ect , did it before at other locations including this location once with no problems but then you get different people and they outright don’t wanna do it or lie and say they don’t work with that card when in fact I have bank slips that say they do and bank statements I will be pulling my finchaces away from Truist and going back to the credit union

I've had a Roth IRA for 10+ years, and truist has Only given me a 0.01% interest rate. With around $3000 in account, someone could’ve taken the trouble to call me and offer a higher interest rate or a CD or money market but no one did.. And When I called the bank, they would transfer me in between departments. This bank doesn't have the call bark back function, so I was 30 minutes on hold. If I want a money market, I have to pay $12 per month for the privilege of getting a better rate and I haven’t done the math but maybe then I actually be losing money for the privilege of using this bank. I thought of doing something simple like a CD with an automatic rollover except that it could get easily rolled over to another CD of 0.01% if I’m not careful and didn’t call before every rollover. Tired of games and moving my money somewhere else forever. Goodbye

Today I went to make a new account and I am extremely happy with my experience. Dee was punctuation and explained everything in detail and made sure that I understood. She also answered all my questions and concerns. Most of all she was kind, which definitely goes along way! She is one of the Senior Relationship Banker and her experience really shows! Excited to have questions so I can call her.
