- KKKing KingDec 12, 20251.0I barley come this bank. When I do the time it takes on the drive thru you’re better off going in or to another location. I can be in the drive thru with other cars and I’ll be the last car to leave. Why is that? Nobody should be in the drive thru for over 15 mins. When did they become so slow? It’s never any cars there so why is the wait so long. Especially when you already have the slip in hand. Customer Service needs to approve for the better. Updating everything else besides the workers is insane.
