We’ve been waiting over 25 minutes now for assistance. I certainly miss the other workers that have now retired. They were helpful and quick. Got us in and out. These new ones seem lost or something.

They'll also lie right to your face and will not give you a number to their corporate office or even the head manager of a branch. If you value a bank that not only doesn't try to hold your money hostage, but wouldn't even properly look into a case of fraud connected to your account; then stay very far away from these crooks.
