I told a teller what we needed and she said she would get someone to help us. She asked a lady sitting at a desk and I heard her say she couldn’t help us because she had an 0930 appointment. She said she would help us find an appointment for later this week. Nope. You’re sitting there with no customer and you refuse to help us? I guess this bank doesn’t need business. PS. We went to First Citizen’s in Hampstead and were helped immediately and we were finished in 30 minutes.
