  The most disrespectful employees ive ever interacted with!! Kept rushing us out and not letting us explain anything. The lady at the counter insulted me in front of my mother, and was blatenly disrespectful. She told us to talk to another Man and he was practically rushing us out saying "i only have 10 minutes for you."

  I been a customer since 2013 And now I get overdraft fees for use my money in savings when I use my checking account card ☹️ Just one banker Full line to the door for clerks And when I got to speak with the banker no good customer service I ask if I had to make an appointment to talk to her, she was with other customer She said yes and asked what I need help with I told her my situation and just like that answer me call ☎️ them we done do any refunds on fees and send me to the clerk ☹️ What they are then?

  Stay away, they (Wells Fargo) deposited my check into the wrong account. I bounced 2 checks, good thing I had overdraft. I asked how can I prevent this from happening in the future she responded with "Don't write some many checks against the account" and "I can write down your account number for you". I'm not the one that made the error, no apology. Nice customer service; Her name was Poshie or Poshera something like that at the College Rd office.
