- DSDina SilveiraAug 25, 20251.0Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The manager Kevin was so rude and made me feel like I was doing something wrong for withdrawing my OWN money. Could not accommodate me and really didnt even try. Treated me like I lied to him about a transaction I made and searched for it and told me I didnt do it! He finally found the transaction but it doesnt make sense why he had to look for it in the first place! Went to another branch off Oleander and they were extremely helpful and kind.

She helped me with a very difficult transaction and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Caitlin was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work, and I truly appreciate the effort she put in. Thank you, Caitlin, for making a stressful situation so much easier!

- RJRussell JaskotFeb 20, 20181.0If you need to go to a Wells Fargo, DON"T GO TO THIS ONE!!! Had to get several statements printed out and close 3 accounts. This took 2 HRS!!! Absolute clowns that work here. Understaffed with employee's who have a hard time doing there job. This doesn't even mention all the crooked stuff they have done to customers and business across the country. Hell I would rate them a 0 if that is possible.
