I put in a review and was told that being uncomfortable is fundamental when that is absolutely not true not only That, but it is extremely unprofessional and extremely childish to ask someone for their Social Security in front of other people in a Bank not only that, but I wasn’t even at the desk yet. So someone needs to teach that Indian lady, some manners.

The customer service is awful, they do not communicate clearly with customers and branches can't even verify funds on local checks. They send you on a 1-800 number goose chase. As a local business owner, I HIGHLY advise against using this Bank for anything. I am logging my hour on the phone now with simply attempting to verify funds on a business check.... ridiculous waste of time.

I've been a customer with First Union/Wachovia/Wells Fargo for 30 years and have never had a check held for 10 days before giving a credit to my account. To complicate matters when you call you ONLY get automated messages and cannot speak with a warm blooded person whatsoever. I WILL be moving all of my accounts, include brokerage, to another bank. Absolutely ridiculous!
