The address is 1120 Military Cutoff Rd, Wilmington, NC 28405. Working with her is the best customer service experience that I have ever had. She helped me withdraw funds from my Well Fargo trade account. She was very knowledgeable with the process, when others were not. She saved me a lot of time and distress by walking me through each step. She explained to me how to fill out a form to withdraw the money. She got me on the phone with a representative who also walked me through each step. I would not have been able to do this without her. I most definitely would have filled out the form incorrectly. When the money had not cleared, I called her back, and she took the initiative and resolved the problem. I would recommend anyone to go to her specifically to help with any banking issues. I wish I could do more for her rather than writing a review. Great experience with customer service ever. James Issac Harris III
