  I have been working with Charity at the Wells Fargo branch. The branch is located in Wilmington North Carolina. The address is 1120 Military Cutoff Rd, Wilmington, NC 28405. Working with her is the best customer service experience that I have ever had. She helped me withdraw funds from my Well Fargo trade account. She was very knowledgeable with the process, when others were not. She saved me a lot of time and distress by walking me through each step. She explained to me how to fill out a form to withdraw the money. She got me on the phone with a representative who also walked me through each step. I would not have been able to do this without her. I most definitely would have filled out the form incorrectly. When the money had not cleared, I called her back, and she took the initiative and resolved the problem. I would recommend anyone to go to her specifically to help with any banking issues. I wish I could do more for her rather than writing a review. Great experience with customer service ever. James Issac Harris III

  This branch is my go to now that so many other locations have closed in our area. The staff is very professional and friendly and the wait times are reasonable. Best of all- they are open on Saturday!

  So disappointed in my experience at this branch. I scheduled an appointment for a simple notary. Another customer came in without an appointment and begged for 5 minutes with a banker. Even after telling three people I was there for my appointment I was bypassed for the person who didn’t have an appointment. After waiting 30 minutes an employee came over and said let me see how much longer it will be. I was then told it would not be anytime soon. I have been with Wells a long time, and we have several business accounts through them. Sadly I left with no service at all. I likely will be leaving Wellsfargo after this experience.

  I would like to give Sabrina five stars. We had a difficult banking situation. Sabrina went above and beyond her duties to assist us in any and everyway she could. She is an advocate that I would like in my corner everytime. Heather stepped in to help with an estate account and we felt confident that it was done right. Thank you ladies for your expertise.

  I attempted to make a transaction I have made for years at many other branches throughout the state and the teller would not help me. The teller was very rude and condescending when speaking to me. She wanted me to pay for a cashier's check or money order to complete my transaction, which was not necessary. When I attempted to explain, she cut me off and would not listen to what I had to say. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. Will not be coming back to this branch.
