Plan for 30 min wait in drive thru, staff that sit there and sip their coffee and chit chat while you wait...transaction in drawer untouched. Ugh such ridiculous lack of service!!! Sad they closed the university location, those tellers were on it!! Never waited long even with lines around the building. This location you'll wait 30 if you're the only car there! Get it together BBT college rd!! Grr I will use any other location in the future!
