Chevon was beyond helpful! I’ve had some issues with my accounts and Chevon was there to go above and beyond all while doing it with clear communication and a positive attitude. I noticed a sign on her desk that said something along the lines of “You don’t know what people are going through in their personal lives, so just be kind.” You could tell she treats everyone well.

Rude teller! I pulled up to the drive through and at first a woman said “welcome to Truist and I said hello. I’d like to deposit this money into my account please”. Then I sent the tube and a man said “ am I supposed to deposit this?” When I said yes, he snapped at me and said “well how was I supposed to know?!” I said I mentioned it when I pulled up and he interrupted me and argued saying that he was a different teller. Highly unprofessional and truly unnecessary to speak to customers like that.

I wouldn't bother making an appointment online. You'll sit there for the duration of the appointment before someone will acknowledge you. Take your business elsewhere

Will not be coming back to this branch, after my husband's multiple trips getting a document notarized, and still not done right. Simple change such as following through the given instructions would have helped. This is the worst bank experience of 40 years. One star for the friendly gentleman greeted us in the lobby.
