The time listed for your drive thru is wrong on google. If you fix it I’ll change my review. Waited here for 15 minutes hoping to cash a money order. I hate Truist. Suntrust wasn’t great but I had better experience before it was Truist. I felt a little attitude from the lady in the lobby when she told me they changed it two months ago. As if I’m just supposed to know, I’m not from here I have never visited this branch before. Change the google hours.

This bank is the most sorry operation I have ever had to be a part of. Went with them for a mortgage and they wait until 3 days until the agreed closing date to require obscene amounts of unrelated information (with no explanation as to why they are requiring these things) to their underwriting department only to cause delays in the approval processes and push the closing back even further leaving me with nowhere to go until this loan approves. Communication has been beyond horrible and the timing has been horrendous. Every time I ask for an explanation it's the same "we are busy" as if I give a flying rat's behind that you're busy. Sorry excuse to not do your job. Will NEVER work with BB&T or Truist ever again.
