This is the worst Truist Branch I have ever dealt with! Extremely disappointed! Ordered euros for a trip. Checked a week later; they never placed the order. Got berated by a teller for over ten minutes who kept telling me I never placed the order. They dropped the ball! Placed a 2nd order; euros came in, but they never informed me. Now, it’s Sat, I leave today, they have the euros, but do not have the right staff to access them. Going to stop using this branch!!!

Terrible. I never write reviews. I moved over to BoA at Oleander and Independence. So much better and bonus that they are open until 2pm on Saturday

Absolutely terrible!!! They need some help in there. They had one teller doing everybody inside and people were coming in to deposit their business money. I mean, I know I was there an hour. The bank manager is terrible. The guy that helped me. The other day was terrible. He acted like he didn’t even wanna help me open an account. Come to find out the account that I opened was closed so they let me deposit $80 in a closed account. Not impressed with this bank gonna get my $80 out somehow and go somewhere else. You really need more tellers in there and you need a new bank manager. And you need new bankers
