  Let me start by saying that I have been a loyal TD customer for 10–12 years, and this is the first time I have ever felt humiliated at this specific branch. The experience I had at this location was completely unacceptable. It began with a teller named SAM and an African American woman who was laughing at my situation and talking under their breath while Brently was actually trying to assist me with a very sensitive matter I had just shared with him.I left to call customer service because no one inside gave me a clear or valid explanation and made me feel like I was lying. After speaking with customer service and finally receiving an answer, I returned back to address the issue. Instead of professionalism, SAM displayed the worst customer service I’ve experienced. She stood there with an extremely hostile expression, openly told the other teller to ignore me, and walked away.No customer deserves to be treated this way especially after more than a decade of loyalty. Because of this experience, I will be closing my TD account after 12 years just because how personal and sensitive my matter was for me and they failed to understand and mocked me instead.

  This Bank is a joke! I came to this location to open a business bank account and was greeted with very poor customer service from two different tellers. I feel like I was being racially profiled because I’m a black business owner. Granite my business is out of PA, I temporarily live in NC and could have moved to the area for all they knew. I was not even asked much information, just turned around being denied a bank account. I have never in my life experienced anything like this and I would NOT bank with this establishment. Its no wonder these people have 1 star reviews. The manager Amber was no help either and I was told by Amber they don’t have a corporate number. All banks have Corporate contacts how else would we be able to complain when being treated unfair? I will get to the bottom of this, this will NOT be the last time they hear from me. The most convenient bank, they are a joke. From the looks of it they need clients so I’m confused why I was denied a bank account and I was depositing 20k today. Their loss…

  "America's Most Convenient Bank," is NOT so convenient any more. Since we moved here, they've closed two (HALF!) of their local branches. The only ones left are on College (the busiest road in Wilmington) and 15 or more miles north in Hampstead. Add the fact that they have NO ATMs anywhere in town, and you have me looking for another bank.

  This place use to be amazing, but since it went from Carolina First to TD it has gone down hill. The drive through wait is unbelievably LONG even when there's no customers inside.. I will be looking to move soon..
