Just left this branch. The staff seemed very unknowledgeable about what banks do. Had a bank check from Navy Federal Credit Union from a guy that bought my motorcycle. The guy buying the bike was with me. The teller would not cash the check because at first, "This isn't a 'real' check." It was a bank check made out to both of us because he got a loan for the bike. WE WERE BOTH THERE! Then it switched to "We 'prefer' not to deal with those kind of checks." Well is it a check or not!!?? Ended up leaving and driving to Jacksonville to NavyFed. They cashed it with no problems. So 2 hours of my time, plus 2 hours of the buyers time to drive from Jacksonville to this branch to begin with was wasted. Glad I normally use a different branch!

Love my credit union!! Would not bank anywhere else. The credit union does not impose high monthly fees.
