- CSCourtney SantiagoJul 13, 20231.0Been a member of the bank for 20 years now. A few days ago was my first time calling to ask to talk to a manager to make a complaint. Normally I let things roll off of me but lately I'm just not able to. Just about Every single time I come to this branch and use the drive-thru, they will let you sit there without even acknowledging your presence. Then when they are done with what they were working on, they will greet and begin to service people that arrived after you. Every time it is always Caucasian people that they will serve first that have arrived after me. Let a person of color arrive after me and they go in order. For anyone wanting to play devil's advocate and say accidents happen, like I said at the beginning of my post, I've been a member of this branch for 20 years, this has been going on for 2 years at least now at this location.
