- JWJoseph WoodringOct 30, 20251.0ATMs are supposed to be convenient for those that can’t physically make it into the bank during business hours. I work 8-5 every day and this is the 3rd time I’ve tried making a deposit at this branch, resulting in the atm saying it can’t do any cash transaction at this time.

- RRra rathMay 25, 20241.0Very disappointed in this bank I had money taken from my account and I was told I have to wait a day to put in a claim to wait possibly 2 weeks for them to do an investigation to get my money back. I waited a day and called secu for them to tell me I have to wait again until the active today sign is gone 🤦🏾♂️ I get there’s a process and procedure But like $ was taken it’s no long in my account we should maybe lock my account or possibly send me a new card why are we waiting so long to do an investigation when $ I had in my account is gone and I tell you I tried to reach the other party and their numbers dead and I don’t make transactions with that company that alone should be automatically start to an investigation so I can get my $ asap.
