- DSDrew StevensJun 4, 20211.0I have been a customer for over a decade, and the complete lack of service I've received since the start of 2020 is pathetic at best. The only service I did receive, I was met with attitude and condescending tones. This branch does not care about their customers on a human level, and only cares about enforcing their corporate policies. My reasonable requests were met with no offer of a resolution. I will never bank with First Citizens again and I advise you to do the same.
