- MGMartin GreenAug 21, 20251.0Really disappointed. We've been dealing with my mother-in-laws death and had to open an estate account which took over an hour with Michael. We came back in to get a special notarization that only the manager Gretchan could do and she was tied up, so we were told they would call later that afternoon when she freed up. No call. So we went in today, she wasn't there. We left our number and asked her to call when she got back. We get a call from Michael and he says he saw we came in to see Gretchen but he still didn't know if she was available, after waiting online he comes back and says she's leaving at 2pm for the day come back tomorrow. Wow 3 days to get this special notorization. I hate the terrible customer service we get at First Citizens, time to change banks.
