Sometimes it's a little complicated and has to be done a certain way but Maggie is always friendly and willing to help! Could not find better service! Will continue to do business here with employees like that!

We were living in Australia at the time, but kept a Wells Fargo US bank account, so it was slightly complicated. She took great care of us, was professional and super friendly! I am sad that location is closing, but will just be glad to keep working with Pennie.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years, never had a problem with getting documents notarized until I land in North Wilkesboro, NC. The worst part is that they gave me instructions to get the process done, then refused me a second time. Seriously thinking about dealing with another financial institution!!!%
