I was supposed to have a callback appointment today at 230 pm with this branch. Had an email reminder and everything. Took time out of my workday for this. No one called me. When I called them twice, I had to leave a message. No one ever called me back. Terrible customer service!

The ATM took my money on 11/16/2023!! It gave me one dollar bills instead of 20 dollar bills. I have filed complaints and they reported that the ATM balanced correctly on that day. This is the same day that the bank was closed at 2:46 pm on a Thursday. They said there are no cameras to review...which is a lie. They can view everything. I am beyond LIVID and will see what other avenue I can take.

WOW!! I can’t believe how a bank would hire people that are so disrespectful!!! Never judge a book by its cover!! We were thinking about transferring all we’re business an personal accounts over to trust bank. But I think we have made our decision very quickly. We will not be doing any type of business with trust bank ever.

This is one of the sorriest banks I’ve ever dealt with!!! Everytime I’ve had any dealings with them the people there are so rude, and will not try to help you in any way!! They’ll try there BEST to make it hard for you in anyway possible. I would never ever trust these people with my money or do any type of business with them if any of my customers ever writes me a check and is dealing with trust bank, I’ll either tell them to get me cash or I can’t do the job for them, just because I would have to deal with trust bank. I gave them a no star.
