No one called me. When I called them twice, I had to leave a message. No one ever called me back. Terrible customer service!

- EWEric WardJul 7, 20231.0This is one of the sorriest banks I’ve ever dealt with!!! Everytime I’ve had any dealings with them the people there are so rude, and will not try to help you in any way!! They’ll try there BEST to make it hard for you in anyway possible. I would never ever trust these people with my money or do any type of business with them if any of my customers ever writes me a check and is dealing with trust bank, I’ll either tell them to get me cash or I can’t do the job for them, just because I would have to deal with trust bank. I gave them a no star.
