I was supposed to have a callback appointment today at 230 pm with this branch. Had an email reminder and everything. Took time out of my workday for this. No one called me. When I called them twice, I had to leave a message. No one ever called me back. Terrible customer service!

These people ain’t worth the money they used to build this branch. They don’t answer phones , they have attitudes and above all even a Truist employee can’t get these asinine people to answer the phone . So what that tell you. TRASH

This is one of the sorriest banks I’ve ever dealt with!!! Everytime I’ve had any dealings with them the people there are so rude, and will not try to help you in any way!! They’ll try there BEST to make it hard for you in anyway possible. I would never ever trust these people with my money or do any type of business with them if any of my customers ever writes me a check and is dealing with trust bank, I’ll either tell them to get me cash or I can’t do the job for them, just because I would have to deal with trust bank. I gave them a no star.

Why is the withdrawal option via the atm machine always unavailable! It’s one of the busiest days of the week and to avoid waiting in long lines can’t get a basic service. What’s the purpose of having an atm machine if it’s not in full service?!?!?!?
